Barlee’s Angels Rescue Network is a non-profit all-breed animal rescue group based in Southern Ontario. We are a group of volunteers who take in abused, neglected, and abandoned animals, provide veterinary care including spay/neuter, rehabilitate where necessary, and place them in carefully screened homes. We are proud to have rescued a great number of animals since our founding in October of 1999.

Unfortunately, for every animal we can help, many more are euthanized in shelters. Barlee’s relies on private and corporate donations to offset the costs of our work. Veterinary bills alone often exceed the adoption donation that we ask from our adoptive families. We are limited to helping only as many animals as we can house in the homes provided by our foster volunteers. We are often forced to turn down animals in need as our funds are usually too low to be able to maintain the animals until they find their forever homes. One of the ways we plan to raise funds for our organization is through our eighth annual Barleepalooza 2009.
