Separate entry forms must be completed for each stake entered. Late or incomplete entries will not be
accepted. Cheques should be dated no later than April 24, 2009, and made payable to the Niagara
Peninsula Retriever Training Club.

If you wish to know your running order in advance, please send a SASE with your entry form or e:mail
your request AFTER the draw party. Entry fees will be refunded for bitches in season or for injured dogs,
upon receipt of a veterinarian’s certificate. The listing fee, ($8.00 Canadian or $5.00 U.S.) must be
submitted for any dog not having an individual registration number. Standard CKC Rosettes will be
awarded to all placing dogs. Open to all Retrievers & Irish Water Spaniels.

These events are held under
the rules of the Canadian Kennel Club. Ducks will be used.
