WE WILL UTILIZE THE 2 ENDING DIGITS IN THE TSX AS OF CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON

TUESDAY JUNE 30TH AS A STARTING NUMBER FOR THE FIRST SERIES IN THE ALL

AGE STAKE. JUDGES WILL IMPOSE A SYSTEM OF ROTATION THEREAFTER IN THE

ALL AGE STAKE.

Entries will close at the draw party, Friday June 26th, 7:30 p.m. at the Woodhouse home,

1200 Flos Rd. 10 East, Elmvale, Ontario. Entries may not be accepted, altered, cancelled or

substituted after the official closing date...

Scratches prior to the draw are to be made to the Field Trial Secretary. For refunds after the

draw, please refer to page 15, section 6.3 of the rule book. A $15.00 surcharge may apply.

LISTING FEE: A listing fee of $8.50 per dog per stake must accompany the entry of a dog for

which a CKC individual registration number or ERN is not shown on the entry form.

GAME BIRDS: Ducks or Pheasants may be used in all stakes.

PRIZES: CKC rosettes will be awarded to all dogs who place or are awarded a C.M.

HEADQUARTERS: Will be located at Ebenezer Kennels, 1994 Wood Road, Wyebridge,

Ontario. Test sites will be well signed from major intersections in the area as well as from

headquarters.

THERE WILL NOT BE FOOD AVAILABLE AT THIS TRIAL BUT THERE ARE MANY

RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA INCLUDING IN MIDLAND AND ELMVALE, BOTH A SHORT

DRIVE FROM HEADQUARTERS.

Notice to Trialers: Rule 21.7 It shall be the duty and obligation of the trial-giving club to

see that a judge, club official, volunteer, or any participant at an event held under these

rules, is not subject to indignities of any kind. The Retriever Field Trial Committee Chair

shall promptly report to the CKC any infringement of this regulation, and the Discipline

Committee shall have the authority to take such action as it deems fit on receipt of a

report indicating that this has occurred.
