Permission has been granted by the Canadian Kennel Club for the holding of this event under Canadian Kennel Club Rules and Regulations. To comply with instructions issued by the CKC we will be unable to accept, cancel, alter or substitute any entry reaching our Test Secretary after the closing time and date.

The WC Rules state: It is the duty and obligation of the event giving club to see that a judge, club official, volunteer, or any participant at a hunt test held under these regulations is not subject to any indignities. The Test Committee Chair shall promptly report to the CKC any infringement of this regulation, and the Discipline Committee shall have the authority to take such action as it deems fit on receipt of a report indicating that this has occurred.
ENTRY INFORMATION
No entry will be accepted unless all particulars called for on the entry form are completed in full. Incomplete entries will be returned. No entry will be accepted unless accompanied by the Entry Fee. Telephone entries cannot be accepted, except in the event of a postal disruption. Exhibitors must abide by errors made in entering their dogs regardless of how or by whom the entries were made. The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry subject to CKC rules. Any NSF cheques will be subject to a $20.00 service charge. Entry fee plus service charge for NSF cheques must be paid in cash prior to test.

Note: Dogs without a CKC registration number/ERN are required to pay the listing fee per stake.

WCX – land test to follow completion of WCI land
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
2. Confirmation of receipt of entry will NOT be sent.
3. Running order will be pre-selected by a random draw.
4. A running list will be available at the tests.
5. Check in with the Test Secretary upon your arrival.
6. Check in with the Marshall upon your arrival at your stake.
7. Ducks will be used in all stakes, land and water.
8. All handlers MUST wear dark or camouflage clothing.
9. All qualifying dogs will be awarded a standard CKC rosette.
10. Bitches in season MAY NOT compete in the tests.
11. Refunds will be given for bitches in season.
BBQ LUNCH WILL BE AVAILABLE AT HEADQUARTERS
